Introduction to whittling workshop 2

  •  22/01/2019
     2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Join us for this hands-on workshop as we introduce the children to the art of whittling wood. The children will be supported and guided through the correct techniques and methods to make their own unique piece to take home.

This forest school holiday workshop is being held at Ceres Environment Park in Melbourne’s Brunswick East and families can also enjoy a visit to the CERES organic market, cafe and the nursery while there.

This workshop is run by Adam.

Adam is the founder of Eco Explorers and has been delivering bush programs to families for over two years. He spent his entire childhood living and camping in the bush; climbing mountains, exploring rivers, learning to fish, track, make fires and to simplify… just ‘being’ at one in nature. He is also a forest school leader and has a background in Outdoor Education.

*Parents are required to stay and are responsible for their children at all times.

Ages: 6 – 12 years
