Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Shipment Processing Time
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days. We will contact you if there are any delays.
Eco Explorers does not ship internationally at this time. We do however, post to anywhere in Australia.
Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible, we use Australia Post for all deliveries. Once your order is has been paid for and is processed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you via a second email in the form of a tracking advice number from our courier, Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact deliver time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order quickly as possibly .
The order will arrive within 3-14 business days depending on your location in Australia and courier, Standard Shipping costs $10.50.
Express Post Shipping
We do not currently offer express post shipping.
Eco Explorers aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package via Australia Post.

Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour or awaiting collection at your closest Post Office. Eco Explorers politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, please contact us at email@example.com to report missing or lost packages so we can sort it out for you.

Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you just simply change your mind or make wrong decisions.
All products purchased from the Eco Explorers website may be exchanged for a store credit or a refund with proof of purchase where goods are faulty or have been wrongly described or do not do what they are supposed to do.
This is provided that the goods are returned within two weeks of purchase. Exchanges will be accepted via post and postage will be refunded only if the item has been returned within the 2 week period. If you are returning an item after the 2 week period the postage cost will be at the expense of the customer. Please contact us if you require any more information.
Out Of Stock Items:
From time to time, things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product.
