Come and join us for a fun-filled morning of nature connection, nature crafting, storytelling, song and exploring the bush at Coburg Lake Park along the Merri Creek in Coburg. We provide a child-led facilitated program and gentle rhythm to our playgroups with a focus on creativity, building confidence, resilience, social skills and engaging children’s curiosity with real hands-on learning and activities.

Our program has been developed to give your child optimum opportunity to build their gross motor and physical skills through climbing, balancing, walking and fine motor skills during our craft activities. Research clearly shows that the more time your child spends in nature, the better they are prepared for school, both physically and emotionally.

Our workshop facilitator Ashlee is an early childhood educator,  forest school leader and experienced bush playgroup facilitator.

This beach themed nature play morning will be a sensory delight for little ones with plenty of opportunities for imaginative play, creating and discovering around the rock pools and beach.

Ages: 2 – 6 years (siblings under 14 months are welcome to attend for free).
