Come and join us for an afternoon of crafting under the acorn trees at Banksia park in Bulleen. Our nature crafting days offer you the best of nature play in a relaxed, supportive and positive environment.
This afternoon we’ll be making these stunning felt acorn necklaces! Learning the art of felting, we’ll be using our hands to roll and create felt balls and then off on a walk we go into the magical forest to discover and collect our acorns!
Our crafting sessions are a great opportunity to get creative and build on your fine motor skills while making new friends and building confidence in the outdoors.
Our workshop is an all weather outdoor playgroup so you need to make sure you bring appropriate weather protection and clothing. Children must have closed footwear, sun hats, sunscreen, wet weather gear, snacks and water.
Ages: 4 – 12 years (siblings under 12 months are welcome to attend for free).
