Spending time in nature makes us feel happier and more connected, and by connecting and listening to nature, we can tune into the rhythms and notice the subtle changes. We can teach deep nature connection by simply being connected ourselves and taking the time to be fully present in nature. Take a slow walk or find a sit spot with your child and allow them enough time to look, listen and absorb what is around them. Allow it for yourself and notice how you feel.
